Beaufort Street Festival 2014

Food Director of the Beaufort Street Festival.

The fifth annual Beaufort Street Festival was hailed as a huge success with record numbers enjoying the popular community event.

Organisers estimate over 160,000 attended the community and cultural showcase, enjoying a mix of music, arts, food, fashion and community activities along a 1.5km section of the iconic street.

Pride Fairday

Pride Fairday returned home to Hyde Park on Sunday, 16 February 2014.   Over 3,000 attendees celebrated alongside fellow LGBTIQ community members whilst enjoying music, entertainment and a picnic in the park.  From djs and drag shows to our House of Hounds Dog Show.   We welcomed new foodies on the block ChiCho Gelato and Micrology Coffee Roasters with their cold drip coffee, plus enjoyed gorgeous picnic hampers by Smoult's Deli amongst other fantastic food vendors.   With an array of community, business and retail stalls .. there was something for everyone.

Working with Pride WA committee and The Event Agency has been a highlight of my event career.  I worked as an event manager for the event and collaborated with the talented Kasey Hartung.

We were very excited for Pride Fairday to be a finalist in the Fringe World Awards.  And even happier to be announced as Joint Winner of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Community Award for 2014.

Roving Dinners

Each year I curate our Roving Dinners with local restauranteurs and chefs.  It is a night of merriment enjoying four courses at four different venues along Beaufort Street.
