Sundays usually means a hangover and yum cha always does the trick. Had to have a little chuckle at the restaurant title. I'll just stick with Treasure House. Pretty good eating and nice to get outta the mayhem of Northbridge.
CHICKEN RICE LAH
Ever since my Tian Tian experience I am always on the hunt for chicken rice. Tucked away in the Morley Coventry Markets is Singapore Chicken Rice, a busy little place with shiok chilli sauce and welcoming smiles. The chicken rice was just okay but I do love getting change from $10.
Golden King BBQ Express
I have not visited this little place since I worked at the Tanning Salon in Morley many moon's ago. Our friend Feisty's little boy dubbed it the "Chop Chop Man" way back when referring to the chopping of duck and pork. Selection of meats is pretty decent and there is something magical about their ginger dipping sauce.
